Kruti brings Fortune 500 consulting expertise and a proprietary methodology, the Authority Amplifier, developed specifically for senior technology leaders navigating organizational complexity. She built Kapadia Coaching after a career in change management and strategic communications, and she founded SLC because she lived the isolation this room is designed to end.
Cindi brings over 20 years of neuroscience-informed leadership development to SLC. Her work bridges brain science and executive performance and is the foundation on which the Collaborative Intelligence Protocol was built. Cindi knows that better decisions start with better thinking, and better thinking starts with the right room.
Maya brings over 25 years of leadership development experience across public and private sectors. She has built and led high-performing teams at every level of organizational complexity and she knows firsthand what it costs to lead without a trusted thinking partner. Maya is the operational backbone of SLC and the reason every session runs with precision.
