The Strategic Leadership Consortium exists to change that.

SLC is a private, invitation-based executive forum for senior leaders navigating high-stakes decisions in a rapidly changing environment. We are cross-sector by design, closed-door by principle, and candid by necessity. We exist because the leaders who most need a genuine peer space — the ones whose decisions shape organizations, markets, policy — are the least well-served by what the professional world currently offers.

Why SLC Exists

SLC wasn’t designed in a boardroom or workshopped by a committee. It was built by three senior practitioners who needed it first.

Founders Kruti Kapadia, Maya Larson, and Cindi Johnson each built successful careers and businesses in an industry that was, within a remarkably short period, fundamentally destabilized. What they found in each other during that period — a space that was genuinely safe, genuinely candid, and genuinely useful — was something the professional world rarely offers at the executive level.

They recognized, with the clarity that comes from having lived it, that what they had built for themselves was exactly what senior leaders across industries are starving for and cannot find. So they built it for others. That origin is not incidental to what SLC is. It is the reason it works.
